When I start my day in the office and look through my support inbox, I often see "Missed Chat" messages, meaning that parents or students are trying to start live chats with me and don't connect.  Please note that tickets are the primary way that all students and parents should contact me with any questions and that live chats should only be expected during scheduled meeting times.  You do not need to chat live to get prompt answers to your questions and making that the only channel you use to get help only wastes your time.  Create a ticket.
