In 2015, we have invested greatly in support tools to make support easily available. Every page in our site features a button to link users to our Help Center articles, live chat or a message form if no one is online (rare).
When you open a live chat, you won't get connected to a customer support rep following a call flow, but me or Mrs. Michael or one of the CLAA tutors who can help with everything from lessons content to technical support--or can quickly connect you to help.
On your LMS Dashboard, you can start a live chat or submit a "ticket" using the form there.
It is said that over 90% of users prefer to help themselves using a "knowledge base". We continue to build the CLAA knowledge base, or help center as we call it at www.CLAAsupport.com.
Last of all, you can always contact us by email at email@example.com. Any message sent to this email address will automatically enter our ticket system, so it's all the same.
